American Fence did a great job of enclosing our backyard with a beautiful horizontal, wooden fence, privacy wall and gates. All are very sturdy. Tom, the owner, was very responsive in providing detailed estimates promptly. Pricing was fair. The team who came out to build the fence was great - dependable, hardworking, efficient and courteous. I appreciated that they communicated well and explained what they were doing before they began doing any of the work so that I knew what to expect. They even built a nice mockup of the fence for me for my approval before they proceeded with the work. I'd recommend them if you need a fence built!
I called them because they put up the original privacy fence 8 years ago. Two of the panels of the fence were leaning badly into my neighbors yard. I was told that they couldn’t fit me in because they were booking weeks out. He was curt about. Don’t stand behind your workmanship, don’t be nice to the customer, oh that’s right I’m an old one. I never expected to get the work done for nothing. I was more than willing to pay. I did get a company out two days later who advised me that the posts were not dug deep enough and rotted. They had to replace the two posts and reattach the fence panels. Funny, how they could fit me in. No.
