When you submit a quote request or contact form on FenceCompaniesOhio.com we collect your name, email address, phone number, and project details. When a fence company submits a listing we collect business name, address, phone, website, and contact email. We do not collect payment information. We do not require you to create an account.
Quote request information is used solely to connect you with Ohio fence contractors relevant to your project. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising. Business listing information is used to create and maintain your directory profile. Contact emails for businesses are used only to communicate about your listing and are not displayed publicly.
FenceCompaniesOhio.com may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site such as which pages are visited and how long visitors stay. This helps us improve the directory. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If you use a browser that blocks cookies the site will still work normally.
We use Formspree to process contact form submissions. Form data is transmitted securely to Formspree and forwarded to our email. We use Supabase to store directory listing data. Both services maintain their own privacy policies. Contractor ratings and reviews displayed on profile pages are sourced from Google and are subject to Google's privacy policy.
You can request that we delete any personal information you have submitted to us by emailing info@fencecompaniesohio.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
