This has been nothing but problems from the start. We have a 6 ft vinyl fence at the cost of over $18k! The posts are leaning and aren’t level at all. We have 3 gates that have never been right. After consulting with another installer it turns out this type of fence shouldn’t have been installed at all with the wind and soft ground we have. They send people out to put a bandaid on it occasionally, that’s it. I’m ready to contact an attorney, but my wife has talked me down. If it’s not fixed in the spring I will be doing just that. Jaron appears to be a nice guy, he just hasn’t followed through.
We placed an order for a vinyl fence on 1/20/2021 and all we get is "soon" and "Next in line", our job is always 2 weeks out. Utility locates were marked and still no fence. They are always busy doing other work and working as fast as they can. I wonder what kind of job they supply is they are working as fast as they can. I am well passed being upset with these people, they have been blowing me off for what, 16 months now. I filed a complaint against them a week ago and they still do not response. I wonder how many of these 4.0 ratings they list are for real. Rob, you have broken our contract of 4-6 weeks, man up to it and tell us you will not do our job and give us back our $5,500 down payment in FULL, not soon, but immediately. Or install our fence and do not change fence manufacturer on us again. Then I will consider adding an update to this review
These days delays in projects are common, but believe me this company is worth it. Everyone connected with this job was friendly, respectful, and professional. There were challenges in some areas of the fence line, but Tim met each one and I am totally pleased with the fence. They cleaned up after each work session and left many areas better than they found them, including my garage where materials were stored. I went out to blow debris after they picked up the leftover materials and found it cleaner than before they put in the first piece of wood! I highly recommend this company.
