Juan A and his crew were excellent. Very professional and courteous. I couldn’t believe they got the fence installed so quickly!! Even with a few challenges from tree roots. Th fence looks amazing. We are thrilled with everything from the ease of scheduling to the clean up afterwards. We’ve had at least 3 friends ask us where we got it. Highly recommend this company and especially Juan A!!
Our experience with Eads was fantastic in every way. Starting with the salesperson, Matt who was informative, helpful, patient and professional! He guided us along the entire process and we always felt like a valued customer. We went with a Good Neighbor and Dog Ear privacy fence(s) and gates that were pre-stained in walnut. Best decision we’ve ever made. It’s gorgeous! The entire feel of our yard has changed for the better and we can’t wait to get out there and enjoy it once all the other projects are complete. The installation process was excellent. The crew arrived on time, kept us in the loop throughout, were the epitome of professional & courteous and left the area in pristine condition. The office staff is top notch as well. Again, as is the theme with Eads, they were professional, kind and excellent at their job! Things cost a lot these days and you get what you pay for with Eads. Every facet of our experience was better than expected and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the final result! Pictures attached. Please judge the craftsmanship of the fence and not the yard that is our next project! ;)
Brian was great to work with. As someone who’s never had to deal with Hoa or zoning apps Brian was there every step of the way. I got the KY board wooden fence due to HOA rules and to match other neighbors but the fence turned out so well, it looks awesome. I would highly recommend Eads Fence company!
