Customer follow though very poor. Fence made of pine. Fell apart within a week and he since has come back to fix. Writing this review because Jeff has said for over a month he would fix it. Has made appointments, I stay home and he's a no show. Had someone fix until he gets here just so I could use. I know he's busy but customer arrive matters. I'm sure he will fix but it's very much about following the money and burying the rest until later questioning contractual promise. Would have given a higher rating but after waiting so long this is even generous.

Snow Plowing ... Paid for in advance. Big mistake. Just like other reviews, didn't show, we called, he promised he'd come, called again several times, never showed. Took advantage of senior citizen. So sorry people are so horrible to do things like this. Very sad and very hard to trust contractors.

If I could give a half star I would. Gave promises many times and each time, he broke his promise. Took forever to start building the fence and over a year to install the second gate. Fence was to contain our dogs and that is hard to do without both gates. He also planted grass in the back yard and it was poorly done. I will have to have it redone by a professional landscaper. Very disappointed. He was always asking for payment before the work was completed. STAY FAR AWAY. Interestingly one of the reviewers listed was "Jeff Cook" which is also the guy who owns this poor excuse for a company. If you are going to review your own company, use an alias!
