My wife contacted the company by phone to get a representative to come out and give us an estimate for a fence. They told her to go outside and measure everything and send it to them. And then based on that they will give an estimate. I also sent them a Facebook message asking if they do onsite estimates. No response As for customer service that’s crap. I’m only like 5 miles from their facility. There’s other fence companies in town, so they can have my business. I contacted Austintown fence yesterday and they came out today and took all of the information they need and will send my estimate asap. Thanks for nothing Estherlee
I highly recommend this company, the whole process was seamless. The office staff, the gentlemen that delivered the equipment and material, the installer, were all very concientious and professional. The install was great and the fence is beautiful! My dog is so happy! I highly recommend them. They are prompt with communication and the customer service is amazing! A rare find these days, unfortunately! Couldn't be happier!
