The actual work that was done with my gate I got installed looks great. Customer service and the care for my property was not. They could never give me dates and times they would be working. They would call 10 minutes before and show up. They left piles of dirt, broke my wooden flower bed border and had no remorse. If I would have known they were coming that day I would have moved the border myself or cut some to be out of the way. Instead they showed up 10 minutes after calling out of the blue, moved it themselves and completely snapped it to where it is unfixable. Didn't offer a discount, didn't offer to fix it, just said the job is done. Again, the gate looks good, but the rest of my experience was awful.

At a time where supply is low, and demand is high, other companies were having me wait three months just to come and look at my yard to give me an estimate. Steve was able to squeeze me in considerably sooner than any of those and it was even on a Saturday morning. The fence was installed without any issues, even allowing me to customize the gait to my preference and again, the product was absolutely excellent. Also, my two dogs are absolutely loving the fenced in yard and the new freedom it has brought to them! Steve even follows up after the job and is readily accessible with concerns/questions regarding the work done. Thanks again!
Did an amazing job, not a single detail was over looked. Craftsmanship was displayed at a high level. Also price was not beatable anywhere and they crew finished ahead of time which was a huge plus for us and meant a lot as well considering you couldn’t tell they were ever there, cleaned up everything and didn’t leave behind garbage like most companies will.
