This was my 2nd fence installed by R&T. Their quality of service excellence is better than ever. Kirk came out again and worked with me on designing a fence for my dog. I also wanted to have the porch enclosed to create a a shelter underneath. The guys who did the installation were really experienced and professional, and did a super job at a reasonable price. Later on, I needed to have repairs done on the fence after some damage occurred when a car ran into it. They came back out, assessed the damage, & made it good as new! Everyone I spoke with and met both in the office and in the field were great, always helpful, available, and supportive, & very easy to work with. I’d highly recommend R&T for any fence project. Excellent customer service and reasonably priced.
Working with them was super easy. Very detailed when taking measurements and specifications. Crew showed when scheduled and worked very hard. If they had any doubts on the installation they would ask questions. They also did a good job cleaning up the work area when they were finished.
We just had R&T Fence install fencing at Pooch Palace, and I can confidently say they did a great job from start to finish. As the owner of a dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility, the safety and security of our dogs is our absolute top priority. We don’t cut corners when it comes to containment and protection, so choosing the right fencing company was a big decision for us. We needed a company we could trust to do it right and R&T did awesome. The crew was professional and the instal was clean, sturdy, and exactly what we needed to keep our play area secure. What really stood out to me was their integrity and commitment. Toward the end of the day, they realized a critical bottom rail piece had been left at the warehouse. Instead of pushing it off to another day (even though it was getting late), they went back, picked up the part, and came back to finish the job that same day. That level of accountability and follow-through says a lot about a company.
