I am very happy with the new split rail fence recently installed. It was challenging due to underground utilities and required much of it to be dug by hand. They tore out and removed the old fence and installed 280 feet with gates and black pet wire in less than a day and a half. They went above and beyond, also tying in my neighbors fence for their dog.
We bought a fence from Home Depot and they sent Russ from Patriot Fence. The fence was installed and our neighbors have been suing us over a 16 inch discrepancy in location. Home Depot told us they only show that they came out to do an estimate as Russ did not tell them that he took the job! There is supposed to be a warranty regardless but now they won’t honor this. We have agreed many times to solutions but Russ will not do anything to resolve although we paid him $25k and the neighbors also want money !! Russ didn’t even show up for court he sent his lawyer. When I call Home Depot in Rossford they give us a 1-800 number and do nothing. This has been going on for over four years. We are the customers what is wrong with all of these people ?
